Policy Based Governance

On this page you will find links to documents from UUCQC's Board of Trustees' Governance Task Force (GTF), which was formed and charged with assisting the Board in transitioning to a Policy Based form of Governance for the Congregation.  There are documents which will help to define Policy Based Governance (PBG), why the Board is adopting it, how the Congregation will be organized and operate under PBG  and definitions of particular terms we are using.  Most of the documents are individual policies, created in sets, to form a Board Policy Book.
