This yoga class is designed for personal healing and relaxation. You will experience various breathing techniques that will enhance your state of well being. As well, breath work will be co-ordinated with yogic postures to enable greater stretching, strengthening, and flexibility to occur.
The environment has been created with the strong intention of making each person feel comfortable, safe, and supported at all times.

The Unitarian Church. Look for the entrance with the yoga sign.
Dress:
Loose comfortable clothing.
Bring:
Water bottle
Mat and pillow (optional)
